§  Use cleaning spray gun;

Maintenance method:The use of clean spray and dry thoroughly;
Preventive measures:Do not soak the spray gun in the solvent, please clean the spray gun after each use. Clean the spray gun with a neutral cleaner, and pay attention to the pH of the cleaning fluid between 6 and 8.
 

Inadequate power supply equipment, can not provide enough compressed air volume, resulting in pressure is not stable, the spray gun can not be used normally.



Preventive measures:
1.    Please confirm whether the compressed air supply is sufficient before selecting the type of the spray gun;
2.    Use Digital barometer,Adam or gun tail pressure gauge detection of air pressure is stable in the pressure range recommended by the use of the gun;
